Defined Scope of
Engagement
Understanding the boundaries of our intelligence platform is essential for maintaining data quality and security across Buyukdere Cd. 300 and our global network.

Acceptable Utilization
Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use our analytics for internal business intelligence and decision-making. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms or scrape data for unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited and monitored as part of our security protocol.
Account Integrity
Credentials must be kept confidential and are non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your workspace. We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect patterns suggesting automated "bot" activity or multi-user credential sharing.
Intellectual Property Protection
All content, including but not limited to the unique visualization of data insights, methodological frameworks, and research whitepapers, remains the exclusive property of Istanbul Strategic Research. While users may export generated reports for internal use, the underlying intelligence structures are protected by Turkish and International Copyright laws.

Platform Availability
While we aim for near-constant uptime, maintenance windows are scheduled between 02:00 and 04:00 TRT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during critical infrastructure updates required to maintain intelligence accuracy.
Third-Party Feeds
Our analytics often leverage external data providers. We act as an aggregator and interpreter; therefore, we cannot be held liable for discrepancies originating from the source metadata provided by third-party institutional partners.
Data Retention
Transactional data and user-uploaded query parameters are kept for the duration of the active contract plus 90 days, after which they are purged unless legal requirements dictate otherwise. Refer to our Privacy Policy for specifics.
Limitation of
Responsibilities
Istanbul Strategic Research provides intelligence gathered through algorithmic processing. We provide the "what" and the "how," but the final "which" (the decision) remains entirely with you. Our insights do not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice.
You agree to hold Istanbul Strategic Research harmless against any claims, damages, or costs resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the data insights provided on the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these conditions will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
Evolution of Terms
As the landscape of data insights evolves, so do our policies. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised framework.
